Philippines and Poland Ink MOU on Defense Cooperation

The Philippines and Poland signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the Department of National Defense and the Minister of National Defense Concerning the Development of Bilateral Relations on Defense on 31 July 2013 in Manila.

Signed by Philippine Secretary of National Defense Voltaire T. Activities include exchanges of delegations and information as well as the establishment of expert-level working groups when necessary.

The MOU will serve as a framework for defense cooperation between the Philippines and Poland. It is the result of a series of consultations among the Departments of National Defense and Foreign Affairs of the Philippines and the Ministry of National Defense and the Embassy of Poland.
